HEALTH CARE FACILITY VALUATION “as it is”:

Integrated analysis and executive consulting are addressed to the analysis of the current situation of the pilot facilities pointed by the council departments of the Italian regions.

HMItalia will identify: the points of strength and weakness of the hospital facilities of reference, study of the processes, control of the expenses/costs, quality analysis of the services offered by the analysed hospital, management control analysis, technical analysis for discerning between high efficiency medical areas and divisions and the others that have a low efficacy and a negative feedback from the users/clients. The aim of the mentioned above analysis is to verify which “hospital divisions” need to be reorganized and which, instead, need to be maintained with the current high- qualitative standards. Evaluation of the technical renewal is meant as a study of the current equipment and fixtures and subsequent preparation of a technical development plan, usually of five years, of the above mentioned equipment and fixtures. Integrated study of the administrative functions focusing on the professionals assigned to such positions. Global evaluation of the health care facility with focus on the reforms of the sanitary system in Italy that has developed a deeper consciousness in the clientele and a stronger demand of information and clearness.
